Located on a vibrant corner of Victoria St, the existing two-storied 1960's modernist retail and commercial building needed extensive repair and revitalization to continue its economic life.
The modernist elements of the building were retained with a vertical pylon inserted providing identity and linkage to a new coffee terrace located at the rear.
