Proposed is a mixed use
development, comprising residential units, a supermarket, specialist shops and
underground parking.
The first two levels comprise
retail and commercial units, topped by two levels of residential units set back
3m from the boundary with balconies defined by the vertical and horizontal
structures that characterises the existing street scape.
Residential levels 3 and 4
have been stepped back from the street and articulated in white. They are perceived
as light weight and recessive in comparison to the solid podium.
